WINeFare is an acronym for Women in Natural Wine. Originally conceived to give women in the natural wine space a unique platform for their work, WINeFare’s mission has evolved.

While the tasting, meeting winemakers and importers is the focal point of the organization, WINeFare’s central mission is to work towards equity for women who work in the wine industry and create belonging and fairness in the wine community.
